Getting Started

  • Download & Access the App

    The Atlantic Ordering App (powered by Pepper) works on both mobile and desktop.

    • On mobile, key tools appear in tabs along the bottom of your screen.
    • On desktop, you’ll find those same tools in a left-hand menu.
  • Logging In
    1. Tap Sign In on the app’s landing page.
    2. Enter your email or mobile number (whichever you registered).
    3. Enter the verification code sent to you via email or text.
    4. You’re in! Start browsing and placing orders.

     

    Turn on notifications to get alerts about order confirmations, delivery updates, and chat messages.

  • Navigating the Main Tabs

    Order Guides
    View and order from pre-curated lists of your most frequently purchased items.

     

    Catalog
    Search the full Atlantic product range using categories, keywords, or barcode scanning.

     

    Orders
    View past orders, check order status, or reorder with one tap.

     

    Chat
    Message your Atlantic representative directly for questions, substitutions, or delivery updates.

Placing & Managing Orders

  • Building an Order
    1. Open the Order Guides tab to see your regularly ordered items.
    2. Tap the red plus (+) to add items to your cart.
    3. Adjust quantities using the + and – icons or by typing directly into the box.
    4. Tap View Order at the bottom to review your cart.
    5. Select your delivery date and add any notes or PO numbers.
    6. Tap Submit Order — and you’re done!
  • Using the Catalog

    Need something new or seasonal?

    • Go to the Catalog tab to browse Atlantic’s full product range.
    • Use search, filters, or barcode scanning for quick access.
    • Save frequently purchased items to a Saved Cart for faster checkout next time.
  • Reviewing Orders
    • Tap the Orders tab to view all recent purchases.
    • Select an order to see details, item quantities, and delivery status.
    • To reorder, simply tap Reorder from that screen.

Customizing Your Experience

  • Creating Custom Order Guides

    Organize your staples by day, location, or menu type.

    1. Tap the Order Guide name at the top and choose New Order Guide.
    2. Name your list (e.g., Monday Orders).
    3. Browse products and tap the star icon to add favorites to that guide.
    4. Return to your Order Guides tab to view or edit your new list.
  • Editing Order Guides (Advanced Tools)

    To access editing options:

    • Tap the box and pencil icon above the search bar.
    • Choose the tools you want to modify or reorganize your guides.
  • Managing Delivery Dates
    • Tap the pencil icon next to your delivery date to select another available date.
    • Choose from dates offered in your delivery schedule.
    • Reps or admins can override dates if needed.
  • Managing Your Profile

    Keep your account info and notifications current:

    • Tap your profile icon (initials) in the top left corner.
    • Select View Profile to update contact info or notification settings.
    • Choose which alerts you want to receive — order confirmations, delivery updates, or new chat messages.
