Apprentice Meat Cutter / Butcher

As an apprentice meat cutter you will be trained in all the basic skills and the basic knowledge required of our standard meat cutter positions. This apprenticeship will take place over the course of a full year. As you progress, you will be evaluated regularly to determine the effectiveness of the training.
