Kitchen 5571 is Atlantic’s culinary and social space in North Canton, Ohio — a place to gather around the table, share a meal, and enjoy the kind of conversation that happens when people feel welcome. Here, food is the starting point for new ideas, familiar flavors, and the pleasure of discovering something worth bringing back to your own kitchen.
5571 Global Gateway in North Canton, Ohio, is the heart of our operations and home to our culinary adventures. Led by our Brand Chef, Chris Quinn, we welcome our partners into our menu innovation lab to take part in the process — from preparing extraordinary dishes and exploring the character of each ingredient to discovering new techniques and sharing insights drawn from decades of experience.

Every visit begins with Brand Chef Chris Quinn welcoming guests and introducing them to the experience ahead. He encourages everyone to treat the session like a wine tasting, sampling a portion of each selected dish and taking the time to appreciate what makes each one special.

Before the tasting begins, Chris introduces the BOSS program and walks guests through the recipe cost breakdown for their selected dishes. Each guest receives a list of item codes to refer to throughout the two-hour kitchen session, keeping product details and costs close at hand.

Then Chris prepares each dish one by one, serving tasting portions of around nine to eleven selected items, depending on the guest’s selections. Along the way, he explains the ingredients, techniques, and preparation methods behind each dish, while suggesting new ways the products could be used on the menu.

Before the experience comes to a close, Chris brings out one or two desserts of his choosing. It’s a chance to end on something sweet, enjoy one last dish, and let the conversation carry on a little longer. Dessert offers a moment to unwind before guests head out to discover more of Atlantic on the facility tour.
The kitchen experience concludes with a guided tour of Atlantic’s facility, led by a member of the team. Lasting around 30 minutes, the tour offers guests a closer look at the operation and a chance to meet the people behind the products and services they may already know through their work.
